The waiter verified that he had asked for extra but because it was so busy I just had it removed from the check. It was already a busy Sunday so it was quicker to get dinner somewhere else than have another one made. November We were so disappointed in this location of BJ's. Normally BJ's is one of our favorite restaurants, but this location has sub-par food, prime rib was overcooked and leathery, the drinks have very little alcohol a VERY reduced house pour , and they substitute lower brand alcohol, poor service overall.

You'll sit there and wait and wait for everything. I've gone to BJ's more times than I can count. Wether it's busy or slow which it rarely is , service has always been fast, pleasant, and accurate. The food is always delicious. I have a feeling that the people who gave it a poor rating wouldn't be happy anywhere.

The customer service is excellent. When I was pregnant, I needed a spinach artichoke calzone in my life so we went to BJ's. The calzone spent 30 seconds too long in the oven and my morning sickness couldn't handle it so they took it back, made me a new beautiful one, and gave me FREE tomato bisque soup which was also delicious while we waited. The burgers, fries, calzones, salads, sandwiches, bone-in hot wings, strawberry lemonade, root beer, etc.

Please go to BJ's if you want good food and a very pleasant dining experience :. Stay away!! You can get better food and much better service at Pizza Hut. They can never get an order correct and the staff are jerks.

When ever I want to impress a visitor from L. It's decor is very upscale and I think one of the best restaurants in Palmdale. I've always found the service good, the food tasty, and the atmosphere great. I especially like the Sunday brunches. I had gone to BJ's for a friends birthday and we had a large group with us. It wasn't busy at all in the restaurant there were maybe fourty to fifty other people there.

We had all put in our orders and later recieved our drinks. The waitress came around maybe twice. When the food came the server handed out the food to everyone, which was cold and then told me "So, we have another California burger, right? Everyone eaten their food and I was still wating, the waitress had to be hailed down in order for her to stop at the table to see if we were doing okay with our food.
